Priory Gate Lodge Race Night raises over £4000

Our Lodge Summer Social event was a fantastic success with a hugely enjoyable Race Night.

Thanks to W.Bro Mark Malone and the Weybridge Vandals Rugby Cricket and Netball Club, we had a perfect venue.

The event committee, including Bros Marcus O’Shea, Rost Dzyadyk, and W.Bros Paul Day, Mark Malone, Andy Penfold, and Lodge Secretary Paul Ridout, who worked tirelessly to make the evening a great success.

Massive thanks to Paul Day for his very generous £500 sponsorship of the evening and for sharing the food costs with Rosty— meaning all the food income was donated to the total. Rosty also arranged the free catering services.

Thanks to the generosity of the sponsors and participants, the evening raised a staggering total of over £4000 for the Surrey Provincial 2030 Festival!

Highlights included a fabulous BBQ and professional race board betting, a huge raffle.  Marcus effortlessly managed the night as our MC, steering the auction to a great total where Paul Day’s signed rugby picture alone raised £300.

What an unforgettable evening!
