Priroy Gate Lodge came together with friends and family for a fabulous Burns Night White Table.
Over 50 dined at Chertsey Masonic Hall and were treated to Cullen Skink, Haggis, neeps and tatties, followed by a delicious Cranachan.
The Haggis was piped around the diners in tradional style and then followed an awseome rendition of the poet’s great eulogy to the Great Chieftain o’ the Puddin-race – the Haggis by our very own ‘McBugsy’.

After dinner, Carol Ellis from White Lodge Centre gave a short and very interesting presentation on the work of the charity which supports children of all ages, young adults and adults with a variety of disabilites. Carol gratefully acknowledged the huge support that Freemasons at Chertsey had given over many years and warmly invited any member of the audience to visit the centre to see their work in action.

There followed a massive raffle and an auction led by the Lodge’s resident auctioneer Bro. Marcus.
The proceeds of the raffle and other contrbutions came to £535.00 which was presented to Carol for the White Lodge Centre.
A fantastic evening, preceded by a great afternoon in the Temple and the enjoyment of dinnig along with our ladies, guests and friends.
