As a not-for-profit organisation, we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data to allow the proper, timely and reasonable administration of the Lodge, the Province of Surrey and the United Grand Lodge of England.

We therefore hold certain information about each member and visitor on electronic databases . These include but are not limited to: your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and email address etc.

We will use your data to communicate with you regarding Lodge meetings, activities and to gain support for the work of the Lodge.
