Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research first started research into blood cancers in 1960 and today, patients are benefiting from their ground-breaking research.

In 2012-13, the charity invested over £37 million into research to beat blood cancer and have funded some noticeable successes that have made a real difference to the lives of patients.

Their grants included funding of £22.5m for 17 long term research projects, £5.9m for 30 new research project grants and £8.6m in funding for drug trials, patient information and support programmes.
